Requirements for Thailand Visa

But all visa applications have to be s gh their appointed authorized center, Thailand Visa Application Centre of VFS Global, Chittagong, Sylhet & Saimon Center, Silk ways at Dhaka , International Travel Corporation (ITC),  is an IATAApplicants are eligible to submit their visa application by themselves or any representative person or enlisted Travel Agent. GOAL tours & travels provide consultancy & other services for short term visa application.

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form.
• Two recent color photographs with white background (35 x 45mm, taken within the last 6 months).
• Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passport, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• One set of passport photocopy page 1-5, correction page, last Thai visa page & renewal page if applicable (for business visit).
• Visa request letter from the applicant and from office if employed- Proof of employment letter from the employer, indicating position in the company and monthly salary if employed or letter from an educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment if student. Parents’ consent letter for applicant aged under 18.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license, memorandum of article (for LTD company), Certificate of incorporation of the company or organization, Company Pad.
• For Employee: NOC letter, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders).
• Visiting Card.
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents.
• For Student: Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar.
• A valid Bangladeshi stay permit or work permits for other nationalities.

Financial Documents:

• Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transaction, at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family or 60,000 Taka per person and 120,000 Taka per family, 200,000 baht or 500,000 taka for individual person (for business). Only original Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are acceptable. In case of the applicant is sponsored by his/her company and the company Bank Statement and Bank Solvency Letter are submitted, trade license has to be attached. Royal Thai Embassy reserves the right to request for the applicant’s personal Bank Statement.

Travel Documents:

• A copy of air ticket or a booking confirmation or an itinerary.
• A copy of hotel reservation confirmation in Thailand for Business visit (for the first trip).

Overseas Documents:

• For Business Visit: Business invitation letter & related documents.
• For Medical treatment- a copy of appointment letter from a hospital in Thailand and, if applicable, an original letter from a local doctor.

Note: For documents in other foreign languages (including Bangla) must be translated into English and shall be certified by a credible translator and a notary public.

Visa fee & Processing Time:

• Visa fee & Service Charge TK 5,500 BDT
• File Processing: 2/3 Working Days
• Embassy Processing time: 5 working Days minimum (Dhaka)

Remarks:

• Processing time, requirements and fees are subject to change by the Embassy/their Authorized Agent without any prior notice and they reserve all the rights to ask for any additional document other than above mentioned checklist.
• Visa fee & Service charge are always non-refundable.
• File processing for visa will start only after receiving all necessary documents.
• Applicants must bring all original documents at the time of Application.
