The Spain Embassy, Dhaka represents all kind of visa processing as Tourist, Business, Transit, Family visit, Official visa etc. of Spain in Bangladesh. And the Spain Embassy, Dhaka has appointed their authorized center, Spain Visa Application Center, Dhaka (BLS International) to accept visa applications. Applicants have to attend in person at BLS center & submission procedure is walking basis. GOAL tours & travels provide consultancy & other services for short term visa application.

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form
• Current passport (minimum validity for 06 months until the planned date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp) with all old passports. If the immediate previous
• Passport is lost, then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Photocopy of bio page and of any previous Schengen, UK, Australian or US visas
• Two recent color photographs (size 3.5 X 4.5 cm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses. Please note: the photo should not more than 03 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas. The applicant’s ear must be visible in his/her photo.
• Birth certificate / national ID card copy of applicants. (The document should be translated into Spanish Language and must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA).
• Marriage certificate or divorce certificate copy (as per religion). A death certificate copy requires for widows.
• Applicants’ family information (father, mother, sister, brother, spouse, child’s date of birth, place of birth, current nationality), etc. (The document should be translated into Spanish Language and must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA).
• For Non-Bangladeshi applicants: Bangladesh Residence permits valid at last 03 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member states.
• Visa request letter: Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to the Visa Officer 

Professional Documents:

• For Businessperson: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages) require for proprietorship, partnership, and limited company. (i) Additional documents for partnership: Business agreement/deed copy. (ii) Additional documents for the limited company: Memorandum of the article, certificate of incorporation, form 12 (For limited company), VAT, IRC, and Membership certificate (If any) and Business card 02 pcs. (The document should be translated into Spanish Language and must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA). 
• For Employee: Original no objection certificate (NOC) mentioned: (i) Address, telephone, and fax number of the company (ii) Name and position of the countersigning officer in the company (iii) Name and position of applicants, number of years of service, pay slip / original salary statement/government order (GO) & original note verbal (for official passport holders) and visiting card 02 pcs. (The document should be translated into Spanish Language and must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA).
• For Student: Student ID copy, original school leave letter/ permission of absence mentioned full address, telephone number, name, and function of the person granting permission. If school trips then the purpose, the duration, and the destination must be mentioned in the letter of the school. (The document should be translated into Spanish Language and must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA).
• For Retired person: Retirement documents. (The document should be translated into Spanish Language and must be legalized by the ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA).

Financial Documents:

• Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of Last 06 months for both company & personal.
• Other financial documents such as FDR, savings certificate, share statement (If available). (The documents should be translated into the Spanish Language).
• Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years), E-TIN certificate copy. (The documents should be translated into the Spanish Language).
• Valuation of other assets such as land, buildings (If any). (The documents should be translated into the Spanish Language).

Travel Documents:

• Air Booking Copy
• Hotel Booking
• Travel Plan

 Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Purpose: Personal Invitation letter & evidence of your inviter’s passport and status in Spain and all the documents should be translated in the Spanish Language
• For Business Visit: Original invitation letter from the Spanish receiving company or companies receiving him explaining the nature of the existing relation and the motive of the visit. The document must be issued in the Spanish language if the inviting company is a Spanish company. It is not necessary that the company gets in touch directly with the Consulate.

 Others Documents:

• Travel Health Insurance (for up to 30,000 Euros).

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

• Embassy Visa fee TK 12,500 + BLS Charge.
• Embassy Visa fee for Children 6-12 age TK 6,250.00
• No visa fee for Children under 6 years of age
• Goal Tours & Travels service charge TK. 3,000 (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed).

Processing Time:

• Total 25-30 working days (File processing + Appointment+ Embassy).

Remarks:

• Processing time, requirements and fees are subject to change by the Embassy/their Authorized Agent without any prior notice and they reserve all the rights to ask for any additional document other than above mentioned checklist.

• Applicants must bring all original documents at the time of interview to the embassy / Application center.
• The finger must be free of MEHEDI or any other color when facing biometrics at the embassy / Application center.
