For Hajj purpose:

• Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bangladesh has started self-registration system for the pilgrims for the co-operation with the Saudi 'E-Hajj system’.

For Umrah Visa Requirements :

• Passport with 6 months  validity
• copy Passport size color photo
• Travel Insurance copy
• Confirm Hotel Booking, Air Ticket copy & Transfer copy & others as Mahram for under 40 years age.

Visa Fee, Service Charge & Processing Time 

• Visa fee: Visa fee with service charge + insurance TK. 18,000.00
• VISA processing time: Maximum 03 Working Days.

For Business/Commercial visit Requirements :

• Duly filled Visa Application form
• Passport with 6 months validity & Two empty pages must be in the passport
• 2 copy Passport size color photo

Professional Documents:

• For Employee – NOC Letter (indicating the employee's data, purpose of visit, and duration of actual visit.), Visiting card, Office ID card
• For Business person - Trade license copy with renewal page, Visiting card & company Pad
• Translation copy from registered Translation Centre of Bangladesh and attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Travel Health Insurance (as travel duration)
• An electronic invitation letter from the Saudi company or the visa document number issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Copy of the Commercial Registration of the Saudi Company
• The businessman may obtain visas from the Embassy for his spouse and young children to accompany him during his business visit to the Kingdom.
• For the residents of non-Bangladeshi, the application should be submitted with a Note Verbal of his own country Embassy in Bangladesh to be identified as a commercial

For Family visit Requirements :

• Duly filled Visa Application form
• Passport with 6 months validity and Two empty pages of the passport.
• Separate passport copy for every single applicant including kids
• 2 copy Passport size color photo
• Electronic Invitation Letter
• Iqama copy (Photocopy of Residence Visa for the Applicant)
• Nikah Nama (for spouse), Translation copy from registered Translation Centre of Bangladesh and attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
• Birth certificate (for children), Translation copy from registered Translation Centre of Bangladesh and attestation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Visa Fee:

• 60,875 Tk.  (for 3 months single entry), 84,125Tk. (For 6 months multiple entry), 1, 32,950 Tk. (for 1 year multiple entry).

Embassy Processing Time:

• 07-10 days working days.
