Requirements for Philippines Visa

Philippine Embassy in BangladeshTop of FormBottom of Form processes all kind of visa as Tourist, Business, Transit, Family visit, Student visa etc. of Philippines for ordinary passport holders in Bangladesh.  Bangladeshi nationals who are holders of valid diplomatic or special passports may enter the Philippines without entry visas and stay for a period of thirty (30) days. Bangladeshi nationals who are holders of valid diplomatic or special passports on assignment in the Philippines may stay without visas for entry only for a period of thirty (30) days and required to obtain appropriate 9(e) visa and other necessary accreditation from the DFA within thirty (30) days. But Individual submission is not permissible.  Visa applicants shall submit relevant documents through accredited agencies only. GOAL tours & travels provide consultancy & other services for short term visa application.

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form
• Two recent color photograph with white background (2" x 2")
• Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Marriage certificate (if travel with family members)
• Forwarding letter (from the applicant)
• Employment letter (from employer for business visit)
• Police Clearance Certificate

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person : Trade license, memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation etc. (for Business Person) notary copy if original is in Bangla
• For Employee : NOC letter, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)
• Visiting Card
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents
• For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar

Financial Documents:

• Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months (recent)
• Bank Solvency Certificate
• International credit card for those living outside of Bangladesh

Travel Documents:

• Air Booking copy
• Hotel Booking Copy

Overseas Documents:

• For Business/Seminar/Meeting visit - Invitation from the Philippine addressed to the Philippine Embassy and to the applicant, Registration of Business of the sponsor.
• Invitation letter (stating address in the Philippines) and passport copy ( if sponsor by anyone)

Processing Time

• File Processing: 2/3 Working Days
• Embassy processing time: 20-30 working Days normally.

Visa fee:

• Single Entry valid for 3 months Tk. 6,500 BDT
• Multiple Entry valid for 6 months TK. 10,000 BDT
• Multiple Entry valid for 1 year TK. 13,000 BDT
• Processing fee: Tourist & Business TK. 1000 BDT

Note: ***Police Clearance – not applicable to minors 17 years old below, government endorsed applicants, Representatives of International Organizations, BPCCI members with endorsement letter from the BPCCI President, Honorary Consuls and Bangladeshi nationals with valid American, Australian, Japanese, Singapore, Canadian, United Kingdom and Schengen visas, ensuring that they don’t have derogatory records with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, National Intelligence Coordinating Agency and Interpol.

Remarks:

• Processing time, requirements and fees are subject to change by the Embassy/their Authorized Agent without any prior notice and they reserve all the rights to ask for any additional document other than above mentioned checklist.
• Visa fee & Service charge are always non-refundable.
• File processing for visa will start only after receiving all necessary documents.
