- Duly filled Application form
- Two recent color photos, 35x50 mm and lab print with white background. Taken within the last 6 months).
- Current (valid for 6 months) and Old passports, if immediate previous passport is lost then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
- Photocopy of previous Malaysian visa page (if any)
- Marriage certificate (if travel with family members)
- Forwarding letter (from the applicant)
- Employment letter (from employer for business visit)
Professional Documents:
- For Business Person : Trade license, memorandum of article, certificate of incorporation etc. (for Business Person) notary copy if original is in Bangla
- For Employee : NOC letter, GO & Note verbal (for official passport holders)
- Visiting Card
- For Retired Person: Retirement documents
- For Student : Student ID copy, School leave letter / Academic calendar
Financial Documents:
- Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 months (recent)
- Bank Solvency Certificate
- International credit card for those living outside of Bangladesh
Travel Documents:
- Air Booking copy
- Hotel Booking Copy
Overseas Documents:
- Invitation/Reference letter from sponsor or counterpart in Malaysia, if relevant
Processing Time
- File Processing: 2/3 Working Days
- Embassy processing time: 10-15 working Days normally for Sticker Visa.
- Embassy processing time: 2-3 working Days normally for E-Visa.
Visa fee:
- Embassy fee: Tourist & Business: TK. 3500 BDT (E-Visa)
- Embassy fee: Tourist & Business: TK. 5500 BDT (Sticker Visa)
