Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt process all kind of visa as Tourist, Business, Transit, Family visit, Student visa, Official visa etc. of Egypt in Bangladesh. Applicants can submit their visa applications by themselves or by any authorized person. GOAL tours & travels provide consultancy & other services for short term visa application.

Personal Documents:

• Duly filled Application form and signed by the applicant.
• Current passport (minimum validity for 06 months until the planned date of return and minimum two blank pages and unmarked visa pages) with all old passports. If the immediate previous passport is lost, then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
• Two recent color photograph sizes (3.5 X 4.5 cm or passport size) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses. 
• Marriage certificate (If Family tour). A death certificate copy requires for widows.
• For Non-Bangladeshi applicants: Bangladeshi Residence Permit valid at least 3 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States.
• Visa request letter: Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer.
• Utility Bill copy.

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead Pad (2 blank pages) require for Proprietorship, Partnership, and limited company.(i) Additional documents for Partnership:  Business agreement/deed copy. (ii) Additional documents for the Limited company:  Memorandum of the article, certificate of incorporation, Income tax certificate, 02 Business visiting card.
• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), GO and note verbal (for official passport holders), 02 visiting cards.
• For Retired Person: Retirement documents.
• For Student: Student ID card copy, 

Financial Documents:

• Bank Solvency Certificate
• Bank Statement (personal or business) showing consistent history for a period of last 6 month.

Travel Documents:

• Hotel Booking copy
• Air Booking copy

Overseas Documents:

• A letter of invitation from the host organization in Egypt. Moreover, conference registration details must be described in the letter.
• A letter from your employer stating the reasons for your visit, contact details of the business parties involved, and your employment contract.

Overseas Documents for Business Visit:

• A letter of invitation from the host organization in Egypt Conference registration details.
• Invitation letter from the sponsor in Egypt (for Business/Social-Culture Single Entry, Limited Stay and Multiple Entry Visas).

 Visa Fee & Service Charge:

• Visa fee 7,500.00
• Goal Tours & Travel service charge& Visa fee TK. 3,000 (Notary and translation charges are additional- if needed). 

Processing Time:

• Processing time: 45-60 working days.

Remarks:

• Processing time, requirements and fees are subject to change by the Embassy/their Authorized Agent without any prior notice and they reserve all the rights to ask for any additional document other than above mentioned checklist.
