Personal Documents:

  • Current passport (minimum validity for 06 months until the planned date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp) with all old passports. If the immediate previous passport is lost, then a G.D (English) copy for that passport is required.
  • Two recent color Photographs (size 35 X 45 mm) with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses. Please note: the photo should not be more than 03 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas. The applicant’s ear must be visible in his/her photo.
  • Birth certificate / National ID card copy of applicants.
  • Marriage certificate or Divorce certificate copy (as per religion). A Death certificate copy requires for widows. Please note: If the applicant applies with family but his/ her name is not mentioned in the spouse's passport or vice versa then a marriage certificate copy is mandatory.
  • For Non-Bangladeshi applicants: Bangladesh Residence permits valid at last 03 months beyond the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member states
  • Spouse, Children’s, Parents & Siblings name, date of birth & address.

 

 

Professional Documents:

  • For Businessperson: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages) are required for proprietorship, partnership, and limited company. (I) Additional documents for partnership: Business Agreement/Deed copy.  (ii) Additional documents for the limited company: Memorandum of the article, certificate of incorporation, form 12 (For limited company), VAT, IRC, and Membership certificate (If any). (iii) Business card:  02 pcs. 
  • For Employee: Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) mentioned. (i) Address, telephone, and fax number of the company. (ii) Name and position of the countersigning officer in the company. (iii) Name and position of applicants, number of years of service, pay slip / original salary statement/Government order (GO) & original note verbal (for official passport holders). (iv) Visiting card:  02 pcs.
  • For Student: Student ID copy, original school leave letter/ permission of absence mentioned full address, telephone number, name, and function of the person granting permission. If school trips then the purpose, the duration, and the destination must be mentioned in the letter of the school.
  • For Retired Person: Retirement documents.

 

 

 

Financial Documents:

  • Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of Last 06 months for both company & personal.
  • Other financial documents such as FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available).
  • Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years), E-TIN certificate copy.
  • Valuation of other assets such as land, and buildings (If any).
  • If a friend/relative in Australia is paying for your visit then a Statutory Declaration stating the relative or friend’s support and evidence of their financial capacity to do so – for example a letter of invitation, bank statements and tax documents.
  • It is important to provide evidence of your own financial status even if your trip is being funded by a friend or a relative. Your own financial status is a factor that is considered in assessing whether your personal circumstances would encourage you to return to your home country.

 

 

Overseas Documents:

  • For Tourist Purpose: Personal Invitation letter & evidence of your inviter’s passport and status in Australia (If available).
  • For Business Visit: A letter of invitation from the host organization in Australia. Including conference registration details, reasons for the applicant’s visit, itinerary with contact details of the business parties involved, and applicant’s employment contract details.

 

 

Travel Documents:

  • Air Booking Copy.
  • Hotel Booking.

 

 

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

  • Embassy Visa fee Tk 17,000.00
  • Goal Tours & Travels service charge TK. 5,000.00

 

 

 

Processing Time:

  • Tourist visa: Total 10-15 days Approx. (File processing + Appointment + Embassy).

 

 

 

Note: 

  • Notary and translation charges are additional - if needed
  •  Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of Overseas Health Insurance.
  • Children under 18 must provide a notarized ‘no objection certificate’ from any non-accompanying parent authorizing their travel to Australia along with copies of the parents’ passports.
  • Where children are traveling or staying with non-relatives, provide the full name, nationality, and date of birth of the person the child will be staying or traveling with. A declaration of support signed by the person responsible for that child in Australia. Form 1257 Undertaking declaration can be used for this. See: Form 12  57 Undertaking declaration
